Anzac Cookies are a favourite this time of year and we thought we would share our recipe with you so you can make them at home.
Yeilds: 50 Cookies
- 400g butter
- 400g brown sugar
- 200g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 350g almond meal
- 625g cake flour
- 100g rolled oats
- 25g mixed spice
- 150g coconut
Directions:
Place butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix together. Then add eggs and all dry ingredients and mix.
Shape the dough into a ball and allow it to rest for a few hours.
Make Cookie balls, you can press them down with a fork or your hands and bake at 180C until baked. About 10-15 Minutes
