Pick up and delivery options

How to order :  

Step 1: Head over to our website, littlefrenchpastry.co.nz 

Step 2: Click on our collection

Step 3: Add your products to your cart  

Step 4: Choose Local Delivery or Store Pick Up  

Step 5: Enter your address for delivery or the store you are picking your products from  Step 6: Choose your date and time  

Step 7: Checkout and Pay  

Delivery  

Please ensure you order 24 hours before your required date  and choose between delivery or  pick up. Our Little French staff will be delivering 7 days 8 am- 12pm We have  limited spaces.

Pick up  

You can also choose the pickup option,

Mount Albert between the hours of 9am to 4pm.

Point Chevalier between the hours of  9am - 3.30pm.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in our selected postcode of Auckland. Any shipments outside of this postcode are on case by case basis. Please email us this is the case

3. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

4. Delivery and pick up time

Delivery times are between 8 am and 1 pm on the day chosen when you order your products.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to deliver in that time frame

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at littlefrenchpastry@gmail.com. 

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the postcode address of your order. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. See delivery fee below ⬇️

a. Central Auckland $7 zone:

1010, 1011, 1021, 1022, 1023, 1025, 1052, 1041, 1050, 1051,1024

b. Northcote, east, south and west Auckland $10 zone:

1026, 1042, 1060, 1061, 1071, 1072, 0600, 0620, 0622, 0627, 0626 , 0629 

c. Devonport and far west Auckland $13 zone:

0602,0610, 0612, 0624

d. Far south and east Auckland $20 zone:

0614, 0618, 1062, 2022, 2024, 2010, 2013, 2012, 2014

 

All of our products need to be ordered before 1 pm for next day pick up or delivery.

There are plenty of products available at our cafe in Point Chevalier and Mount Albert to buy on contactless pick up. Only online orders can be picked up from our Cafe in Mount Albert.
