Ordering your favourite Little French Café products online is easy:

Step 1: Head to our website, littlefrenchpastry.co.nz

Step 2: Click on Our Collection

Step 3: Add your products to your cart

Step 4: Choose Local Delivery or Store Pick-Up

Step 5: Enter your delivery address or select the café you would like to pick up from

Step 6: Choose your preferred date and time

Step 7: Checkout and pay

LOCAL DELIVERY

Our Little French team offers local delivery Monday to Friday only.

We currently deliver to:

• Point chevalier

•  Mount Albert

A simple flat delivery fee of $12 applies to all local deliveries within these areas.

Please place your order at least 24 hours in advance to allow our team enough time to prepare your order.

Delivery spaces are limited and subject to availability.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OUR LOCAL AREA – UBER DELIVERY

Need your cake delivered to another Auckland suburb, or at a time when our own delivery service isn't available? No problem.

You are welcome to organise an Uber Delivery yourself to collect your order directly from one of our cafés.

Simply place your cake or pastry order with us and select Store Pick-Up. Once your order is ready, you can arrange and pay for an Uber Delivery to collect it from the café.

Please share the Uber collection details with us. Our team will make sure your order is carefully packed and handed directly to your Uber driver, ready to make its way to you.

Please note that when you arrange your own Uber Delivery, the delivery service and associated costs are organised directly by you.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange either a suitable alternative or a refund using your original method of payment.

2. DELIVERY AREA & COST

Little French Café's own delivery service is available Monday to Friday in Northbridge and North Albert only, for a flat fee of $7 per delivery.

For deliveries outside these areas, or outside our available delivery times, customers are welcome to arrange their own Uber Delivery collection from one of our cafés.

3. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

You can provide any special delivery or collection instructions during checkout.

For customer-arranged Uber Delivery, please provide us with the relevant collection information so our team can identify the driver and hand over the correct order.

4. DELIVERY & PICK-UP TIMES

Please order at least 24 hours before your required date.

Our local delivery service operates Monday to Friday and is subject to availability.

6. DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care when preparing and packaging every order.

If your order is damaged during a delivery made directly by Little French Café, please contact us as soon as possible at littlefrenchpastry@gmail.com.

For deliveries organised independently through Uber Delivery or another third-party delivery service, please be aware that Little French Café cannot control the handling of the order once it has been handed to the driver. We will always ensure your order is properly packaged and handed over in good condition.
