Give Mum the Moon this Mother's Day with this crescent shaped choux dessert created using chocolate truffle and choux pastry with delicate chocolate, fruit and floral fillings.
We have a mascarpone, vanilla cream & violet flavor. another with raspberry gel and cream.
The choux are coated with red chocolate and dusted with freeze dried raspberries.
The white bottom disc is a sugar paste used to support the dessert so not for eating.
