A milk chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline made with a delicate cocoa and almond madeleine (sponge). For freshness and balance, we have added and confit yuzu gel, a creamy chocolate ganache, a crispy feuillantine streusel for the bottom, which brings a little texture to this decadent log.
